More about the programme

At Peerpod, we believe management is all about DRIVING PERFORMANCE.

All of our content and programming designed for managers and leaders come back to this simple idea.

We believe managers need to do three key things in order to effectively drive performance:

  • Cultivate Clarity - What really matters? Out of everything I could pay attention to, what actually needs my attention?

  • Enable Effectiveness - What’s stopping me from getting what needs to be done, done? How can make sure this gets done to the best possible standard in the shortest amount of time?

  • Stimulate Growth - How do I get better at what I do? How do I enable growth through the nature of work itself?

We’ve built the ‘Make me a Manager’ programme to cover address these 3 domains by exploring a sufficient breadth of key skills at sufficient depth in order to mobilise a meaningful learning journey.
